BOOKING + HIRING: All of our package fees are based on the following

  • Equipment hire cost, maintenance + replacement

  • Floral arrangements

  • Human resource time required for administration, preparation, setup +packdown & clean up.

Setup & packdown for bookings greater than 40kms from Broken Hill via the most direct route will incur an additional surcharge.

PAYMENT: We do require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the booking price to secure your booking date: the remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior to your booking date. If you are booking 14 days prior to your event date you will be required to pay the full amount to confirm your booking.

The setup will not occur without full payment being made prior.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO BOOKING: You may cancel your booking at any time, but must forfeit 50% deposit, Blush events & hire will make full refund on any fees paid minus 50% deposit. This is no matter the circumstances surrounding cancellation.

Bookings cancelled within 6 days of the booking date will forfeit the entire booking fee, Blush events & hire has full right to charge the client full fees for services that occurred or purchased for the event (ie: Balloons, additional décor items etc) before the cancellation.

In the event of bad weather, setup can occur in an alternative location or the client can reschedule, additional cost for perishable items eg: flowers, will be incurred if cancelled 48 hours prior to event.

Rescheduled dates are subject to availibility.

Blush events & hire has the right to cancel the booking on reasonable grounds within any period leading up to the event date. In the event this does occur a full refund will be given.

EQUIPTMENT: All equipment supplied for hire is the property of Blush events & hire.

The client is responsible for the security of all equipment until it is collected by Blush events & hire.

The client shall pay for all damage or loss of equipment caused during event period,

All hired items must not be relocated from the designated place of setup.

COVID DISCLAMER: Refunds for bookings impacted by COVID-19 will be approved only where government enforced restrictions prevent the booking from occurring.
